If you wish to bill the same service code for several days - CabMD allows you to bill Subsequent Visit codes for multiple days, using the same patient and same service code. The following is a tutorial on how to enter Subsequent Visits into CabMD.
Step 1: Subsequent Visit codes can only be added to single service code claims. To find these, go to the "Unsubmitted" section of CabMD. At the bottom of the page, you may see up to five green "add"/"plus" icons to add various types of claims. Click on the first button that says "Add Claim".

Step 2: Fill out the claim as you normally would, filling in the patient information and service details. Things to note: 1) The Service Location must be set to HIP (Hospital Inpatient). 2) Admission date and service date of the first visit is required. 3) Make sure you use the appropriate Subsequent Service codes (eg. C032A, C037A or C039A)

Step 3: When you are ready to submit the claim, click the "Save and Finish" icon at the top left. This will open the premium window. You will notice, there is a second tab on the window. Click the 'Subsequent Visit" tab at the top. This will reveal a calendar that will allow you to select multiple dates. Click the appropriate dates you wish to bill the Subsequent Visit code to. When you are finished, click the "Finish" icon at the bottom of the window. This will save the claim and created multiple claims in your unsubmitted section.
