inconsistency with "convenient" functions

Hi.

I have noticed that when I enter in a claim for a G401 or other similar code that sometimes the program prompts to ask me if I have any other days that I also want to bill that claim for. This is a very convenient function that saves me the time of entering in the claim independently each day. The problem is that it doesn't seem to happen every time. Can you think of a reason (something I'm doing wrong maybe?) why the program would NOT ask me if I want to bill the code for other days after I've entered it once?

Also, the green "plus symbol" at the bottom of a claim (where you enter the code) is very handy. It's always there when you submit a health encounter, and it's there sometimes but not others when you just go to enter a regular claim. Is there a reason that you guys don't just always have it there? Sometimes I finish entering a claim and realize that I should have gone into the health encounter section because there are other codes to enter for the same date, which wastes time. It would be great if you could just always have that green plus sign there. Again, I'm not sure why it's there sometimes but not others for regular claims (although I know it's always there when I remember to submit a health encounter).

Thanks.

Kyle

    Hello Kyle.

The service code G401 is in special service group (Subsequent Visits). Almost all service code with description like (Nnd to NNth day) will prompt you to bill for other days too. But there is some restriction. If you like use subsequent visit feature then you should use simple add claim page NOT heath encounter!

There is small difference between simple add claim page and health encounter. Only one service code may be entered into simple add claim page and premiums may popup after that. You cannot enter more then one service codes into simple add claim page.

If you would like to bill mote then one service codes in one claim then you should use Health encounter. In health encounter you can see green plus button.

We are supporting those two pages only for one reason, for subsequent visit feature. Subsequent visit work only for one service code. We do not want you enter 5 service codes in one claim and copy all of that codes for other days.

Let me know if you have more questions.

    Thank you
    Max.
