Operating System

Any modern operating system is supported as long as you can use a modern Internet-browser, however we highly suggest using the latest version of your operating system for security reasons. For example, if you're using Microsoft Windows then we highly suggest using Windows 10 as it will be supported with regular updates for the longest possible time where as if you're using Windows 7 (which lost it's regular support in 2015 and will lose security updates in 2020) then your machine is at risk. In an age of information theft and the handling of patient data, it's very important to keep your system updated as much as possible.

Internet Connection

Minimum connectivity speed is 10Mbps download, 2Mbps upload. You can obtain your current speed by visiting here. Slower speeds may work, but the site will load information much slower than usual. Remember also that while you get the benefit of not ever having to install any software, you are still subject to network issues that may arise from you to our servers. If the Internet is having an issue that is affecting a large number of people, you might notice issues when attempting to use the site.

Screen Size

Minimum resolution is 1280 x 800 (WXGA), though we suggest HD (1360 x 768) or better. Smaller than WXGA is not recommended as columns will be truncated or removed.

Internet Browser

We highly suggest using Google Chrome above all others, as the system is primarily tested and developed with that browser first. If not, then any one of the browser versions listed here will work.
If you need to share your system specifications with us, usually when calling us for support, just visit here before. Visiting this link will submit your information to us.
