Sometimes if you are having issues which the support team can't reproduce easily, we may ask you to start a remote session so that we can watch the issue live on your system. To do this, please follow these steps:

  1. Open your browser and go to and click on "Get Started".

2. Enter your email and a password to create the necessary account.

3. Once you are logged in, you should see the "Welcome to" screens. You can skip them all by clicking the "Skip" button at the bottom.

4. On the "You're ready to go" screen, click "DOWNLOAD JOIN.ME".

5. Open the program by clicking the downloaded file at the bottom of your browser window. (If you don't see it, you can go to your downloads folder and find it there).

6. Once the program is open at the top/middle of your screen, you should see the following. Click on "One time code" and the "start" button.

7. You will be shown the number like 123-456-789, either send us the link you are given or report that number to us on the phone/by email.

We can now connect to your machine while we're on the phone with you.
